燃料电池车发展缓慢，核心原因是技术、成本、配套、市场等四重瓶颈叠加。其一，核心原材料与部件技术、整车耐用性距国际先进水平有差距，全球技术数十年突破缓慢，发展靠讲故事；其二，制氢加氢成本高，购车低但使用经济性弱于燃油车和电动车；其三，大城市土地成本高，加氢站选址建设难，配套设施规模小、盈利差；其四，发展高度依赖政策补贴，市场内生需求不足，且乘用车无竞争力，商用车仅靠示范运行，市场化推广缺乏支撑。
